On a family trip during Thanksgiving to visit my in-laws. My wife, my daughter, my mother-in-law and myself all found ourselves stranded on Mount. Rainier in Seattle, Washington. Initially, I was extremely angry at our current situation, but after seeing my wife and daughter making the most out of their circumstances, my mindset reset to being thankful. I was thankful that we we're all together. I began taking in all that was around me. The snow shined bright, the mountain was breathtaking, my daughter's laughter filled the snowf-filled skies.
