Your E-Ticket will also be sent out within 48 hours of purchase via EventBrite so please check your junk mail / e-mail after you purchase for the electronic ticket you will use to scan when you check in. Mandatory Check In is anywhere from 6-8 PM at HQ Beercade. You MUST have 1 person in your party with all of the tickets (code) to check you all in to pick up your wristbands, tickets, cups etc. Please do not arrive after 8 PM. There will be NO REFUNDS if you are late. Please drink responsibly. We will be posting updates, event PDF with all of the specials, map of bars, discounts etc before the week of the event. All updates will be on the website and the facebook discussion of the Event as well.
