Herbal Workshop Series: Topic: The Gut Function, How Important it is, and Herbs to Soothe and Heal

What to Expect: A short and relevant knowledge share of part of the human body, plus a dive into several herbs that can be used for that area each session—think remedies you can use every day, plus a little *sparkle* to reconnect us with the earth!

Roots & Remedies Gatherings will be an ongoing series created by Holistic Nurse Tiffany and Jar the Zero Waste Store, Somerset, Pa 15501.

Each gathering will discuss some part of the human body, 3-5 herbs that can be used for that area, specific information related to those herbs, and how to use them. Handouts may be included for home reference. Participants are encouraged to bring something to take notes.
