• Please book your first appointment via email after the payment is completed.
• You need to let me know a few days and times that work for you and whether you want an in-person session (Brisbane or Gold Coast) or an online one.
• In our first session, we will explore your availability for the rest of the program, your access to the resources, my online quiz library and relevant program content.

My practice is a professional sextherapy and counselling business, not a retail store. Therefore, there is no return policy on any purchases you make. Once you buy a product, you are enrolled to the agreed day and time of the program. I understand that life is full of unexpected circumstances, but if you want to postpone a session for some really good reason, you need to make sure that you inform me no later than 48 hours (not 24 hours) before your session. Otherwise, that session will still be on but without you!
