You may reproduce your caricature yourself as many times as you like for your own personal use (i.e., your facebook profile). Different charges apply for commercial use. Smug Mugz reserves the right to republish your caricature for advertising, promotional or marketing purposes free of charge.
Buyer may not resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission from Smug Mugz. Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Art may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner. Art may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
Smug Mugz retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Art.
There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of this product. Smug Mugz will not be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of the buyer's use of the Art.
