Lewiston Chamber of Commerce - Crafter and Vendor Information Sheet

Date: May 10th, 2025 - 9 am - 4 pm

Note: This is a juried artist show and vendor spots for non-crafted items. We will reach out to you to confirm your spot/s based on your juried entry. Please email us photos of your work or non-crafted to lewistonchamberoffice@gmail.com.

Crafter/Vendor Guidelines:

**Please note any preferences in spaces. All spots are located in the park behind the chamber office. Please submit two pictures of the product and a picture of the booth for review and approval. You must bring tent, canopies, tables, and chairs for your area. We encourage that you monitor weather conditions and plan according. We welcome and encourage to stay to sell until Sunday at 4 pm at no charge.

**Set-up: Please check in at the Chamber office on the following dates:

Morel Mushroom Festival

Friday evening from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Saturday morning from 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.

Size of spot - 12’x12’ ($30 per spot) 1 day

*Please make sure to check-in at the chamber office upon arrival to confirm your reserved spot.

*You are required to stay for the duration of the show (exceptions will be unforeseeable emergencies).

*If your product does not match your application and is proven to be manufactured; you may be moved to an area with other non-handmade pieces.

*Once your application is approved you will receive a confirmation letter.

*No generators.

*Parking is not permitted along Hanson Street as this is parking for customers. Please arrive early so that you can set-up and park along the side roads around the show.

*Clean-up: Thank you in advance for the great job that you all do. As a reminder, please do not discard large cartons in the trash barrels.

*Food: There are local restaurants in the immediate area of the park.

*Professional Behavior: We ask that all crafters/vendors maintain professional behavior during the event. You may be asked to leave the venue if the behavior becomes disturbing to other vendors or guests. Please communicate any questions or concerns to the chamber office immediately. Thank you!

*Do not access any adjoining buildings to the craft area. Please ask for assistance with access to an electrical outlet. Electricity is an additional $10. Please call the chamber direct to make arrangements. Electricity is limited and first come first serve.

*Refunds: Refunds will be given to those vendors who wish to withdraw two weeks prior to the event. You must contact the chamber office by phone at 989-786-2293 or email at lewistonchamberoffice@gmail.com.

*We will be practicing social distancing standards and guidelines through the local health department, CDC, and state guidelines. We will contact everyone immediately if this event cancels. Refunds will be issued.

**NO STAKES ARE TO BE PUT IN THE GROUND -- NO VEHICLES IN THE PARK OR SPOTS AT ANYTIME**

If violated, you may be subject to a fine by Albert Township and/or asked to leave the event.
