If you need to complete a substance abuse assessment, we are here to help. The substance abuse assessment can be completed in-person or virtually by a Certified Master Addiction Counselor.

The substance abuse assessment takes about an hour to complete. Once completed, recommendations will be written up and submitted to all appropriate parties. The standard time for writing up substance abuse assessment is 3 days.
