If you need to complete a substance abuse assessment, we are here to help. The substance abuse assessment can be completed in-person or virtually by a Certified Master Addiction Counselor.

The substance abuse assessment takes about an hour to complete. Once completed, recommendations will be written up and submitted to all appropriate parties.
