The TROPICAL ISLAND SANTA Mini Experience (10 minutes is perfect to capture these holiday moments with your child/children. Time allows for up to 3 children, if you have more please select the additional sibling option when checking out to ensure we have enough time for everyone.

We will schedule a zoom call to view your images. If you want to purchase more after viewing them please just email me and I can invoice the additional amount. Digital images will be emailed within 7-14 days.

THE FINE PRINT:

Availability: Session availability is extremely limited, and is on a first booked, first served basis. We sold out last year and are expected to do so this year.

Booking/Reservations: All reservations must be made online, by selecting your time slot. Your full session fee is due at time of booking to reserve your Santa Mini Session. No walk-in appointments will be accepted. After booking a contract will be emailed to you. If you would like a higher collection please purchase the time you want and leave me a note so I may invoice you for the remaining balance.

Sessions are for immediate family/siblings. We encourage parents to come dressed “picture ready’, just in case. If time allows, we love taking the opportunity to capture an updated holiday portrait of your family, which is perfect for your Christmas cards!

Santa is a real bearded Santa. Please contact us if you have questions.

Cancellations/Refunds: Due to the nature of the experience, sessions are non-refundable. The creative session fee is non-refundable, but can be used towards another session at a later date. There are no makeups for Santa sessions. If your child is afraid of Santa we suggest, introducing them now to Santa via videos or books as we can not guarantee the outcome.

Transfers: If you are unable to attend your scheduled Mini Session for any reason, you may transfer your session to another individual of your choosing. You must notify Annie Smack Photography via email no later than 24-hours prior to your scheduled session at annie@anniesmack.com

Scheduled time: Mini Sessions have a very limited time. In order to ensure that we remain on schedule, please plan on arriving 10 minutes early. This will help ensure you have time to relax, finish any last minute outfit changes, and be ready at your scheduled time. We will do our best to maintain a steady flow, and ensure reservations begin and end on time.

Late Policy: Please be advised that due to the short duration of the sessions, late arrival may result in the forfeiture of your scheduled time, and session fee. While we will do our best to accommodate you in between sessions, we cannot guarantee the same experience nor quantity of images should you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled session. We want your child to come and have fun, while you get beautiful portraits. Please help us ensure your child gets that opportunity by planning to arrive early.
