X-Golf Frederick Summer Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 1st, 2025-September 31st, 2025
1. Membership Fees & Payment
The Summer Membership fee is $300 per month.
Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
A credit card must be kept on file and will be automatically charged on the 1st day of each month.
Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated.
2. Cancellation Policy
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel a membership.
Any cancellation requests made after the billing date will apply to the following billing cycle.
3. Bay Rental & Usage
Members are permitted to rent one (1) simulator bay at a time.
If a member no-calls/no-shows for a weekend reservation, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Guest Policy & Fees
Members are welcome to bring up to 5 guests per bay.
Each golfing guest will be charged $10 per guest per hour.
If the member prefers that guests pay their own guest charge, they must notify the server at the time of arrival.
5. General Policies
Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered member.
Members are expected to follow all X-Golf Frederick rules and etiquette. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.
X-Golf Frederick reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or benefits with prior notice.
