X-Golf Frederick Summer Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 1st, 2025-September 31st, 2025

1. Membership Fees & Payment

• The Summer Membership fee is $300 per month.
• Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
• A credit card must be kept on file and will be automatically charged on the 1st day of each month.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated.

2. Cancellation Policy

• A 30-day written notice is required to cancel a membership.
• Any cancellation requests made after the billing date will apply to the following billing cycle.

3. Bay Rental & Usage

• Members are permitted to rent one (1) simulator bay at a time.
• If a member no-calls/no-shows for a weekend reservation, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

4. Guest Policy & Fees

• Members are welcome to bring up to 5 guests per bay.
• Each golfing guest will be charged $10 per guest per hour.
• If the member prefers that guests pay their own guest charge, they must notify the server at the time of arrival.

5. General Policies

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered member.
• Members are expected to follow all X-Golf Frederick rules and etiquette. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.
• X-Golf Frederick reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or benefits with prior notice.
