Thank you for choosing Neon-Languages LLC for your translation needs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with our services:

Scope of Service:

Neon-Languages LLC agrees to provide translation services for a single-page document, as specified by the client.

Payment:

Payment for the translation service is due in full before the completion of the translation and before the delivery of the translated document.

Payment can be made via Accepted Payment Methods.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation of the service must be made within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a full refund.

Once the translation process has begun, cancellation requests will not be entertained, and no refunds will be issued.

Quality Assurance:

Neon-Languages LLC is committed to providing accurate and high-quality translations.

Clients are encouraged to review the translated document upon receipt and notify Neon-Languages LLC of any errors or discrepancies within 7 days. You are granted to 2 revisions, anything after that will require additional fees.

Confidentiality:

Neon-Languages LLC respects the confidentiality of all client documents and information.

All documents provided by the client will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will be disclosed only to the appropriate member who will handle the translation project and the managing member of the project, employed by or doing business with Neon-Languages LLC

Copyright:

The client retains full ownership and copyright of the original document and the translated version.

Neon-Languages LLC retains the right to use anonymized excerpts of translated documents for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.

Liability:

Neon-Languages LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from inaccuracies in the translation or any delivery delays.

The maximum liability of Neon-Languages LLC shall not exceed the total value of the translation service.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Connecticut

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Connecticut
