RefresHER Women's Conference is a ministry of the Baptist Convention of New York. BCNY’s Women’s network seeks to encourage women and to create a pathway of connection among women throughout the BCNY territory. A network of women in their local churches reaching the lost in their areas of influence by equipping them for intentional evangelism. We strive to inspire women’s leaders to share

missional discipleship pathways and to look beyond the church walls to participate in community missions and outreach opportunities. This network seeks to nurture spiritual growth by providing women’s resources. Believing that the local church is ground zero for advancing the Great Commission, we partner with churches, associations, State Conventions and National agencies equipping women and providing resources, training and to offer evangelism and mission events.
