2024 MANDALA:

Join us and create a symbol for your 2024 Intention.

Draw a circle. Paint your vision within the circle in whatever way you want. Leave the outside of the circle blank or paint around it.

Mandala Creation:

* The mandala only needs to be round. Paint your desires and vision into the circle. You can be literal or geometric.

* The mandala instructions are ONLY you paint within the circle. What are you calling in this year?

* There are no other rules.

* You can write in your intentions, write them on the back, use words or symbols. You can take a day or do it over the entire year. You can paint, draw, use photos, or a magazine collage.

* Don’t overthink it. The practice is to practice. There are no grades.

* Ask yourself the following:

• What are you manifesting? What do you have gratitude for? 
• What are your favorite memories? What concept is calling to you? 
• What is on your heart?
• IT CAN LOOK LIKE ANYTHING!
