In the Lila Bear Explores Engineering box, kids will have fun exploring the world of engineering as they imagine what it was like to chug along on the historical steam-powered trains from Cass, West Virginia. They will learn what engineering is, how to identify different types of simple machines, how engineering played a part in starting the railway in Cass, WV, and they’ll get to build their own trains, and complete other fun train-themed activities.
