This group series is a trauma informed signature series that I began in response to individuals wanting to go deeper in a community of individuals looking to regulate the nervous system and heal core wounds. This is a blend of soul work, foundational healing from limiting beliefs and it also reconnects you to the body in a way you may have never experienced before.

This is a group series that is trauma based on “parts work” and is Hypno-Breathwork centered. This means we are working through body memories and learning the foundations of finding safety in feeling and expressing emotions. Expression is the opposite of depression.
