Private one-on-one coaching- payment plan option-Installment. You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your account by CROWN TO SOLE Wellness in the amount indicated on a monthly basis until the balance is paid in full. You agree that no prior notification will be provided unless the date or the amount changes in which you will receive notice from us at least 5 days prior to the payment being collected.
