Are you ready to find out what’s stopping you from success? Join us for 4 - 60-minute Group sessions that explore common limiting beliefs and work toward eliminating and replacing those narratives!

Option 2: VIP includes 2 - 30 minute Individual Empowerment/Accountability Coaching Sessions After Weeks 1 & 3 post-workshop $500.00

During each session, we will:
Identify and discuss at least 2 limiting beliefs that keep people from achieving their goals and living their best life
Create new language and beliefs that are more empowering and positive
Practice solidifying the new information using Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) and/or a Writing to Heal exercise
Participants will receive PDF (or printed) worksheets based on class content
