Small Group Strength & Conditioning Classes
A Small Group, A Big Impact!
No matter your age, experience, or fitness level, our small group strength and conditioning classes are designed for everyone. These sessions provide a supportive and inclusive environment where you’ll experience the perfect blend of personalised training and the power of community.
*Classes are 60 minutes long and start at 7am every Friday.
*Classes run in blocks, consisting of x8 sessions.
*The next class begins on January 3rd 2025 and runs on the following Fridays: 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st January and 7th, 14th, 21st February.
