£88.00

Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 8:30 PM - Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 7:00 AM GMT+1

Sleep under the vibration of the gongs with Chetna & me at our all-night Gong Puja. Allow the harmonic frequencies of the Church and gongs to penetrate you at a cellular level as we play through the night for the Autumn Equinox - Harvest Full Moon.

As Autumn begins, the Harvest Moon will illuminate the way and guide us through this lovely season of abundance. The harvest moon will be in Pisces, a charming, compassionate, and highly creative water sign. The spiritual meaning of the harvest moon is often connected to themes of abundance, appreciation, and the completion of a cycle.

The evening will commence with an opening ceremony and meditation followed by continuous gongs through the night. You will awaken at sunrise to the sound of beautiful and delicate instruments.

We will draw upon the harmonic frequencies of various planetary gongs and other magical instruments to cocoon you into a deep state of bliss and relaxation within a beautiful sacred space.

Sound and Gong Baths are said to bring many benefits, including inner stillness where deep healing can occur. The sounds can also strengthen the nervous system, and balance the chakras, thereby increasing energy/vitality and alleviating stress.

The Gong Puja was created by Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux where the gongs are continuously played throughout the night for 7.5 hours (equivalent to 10 x 45min back-to-back gong baths) which is said to be a complete sound journey for shifting blockages and bringing in divine, powerful healing.

Chetna regularly runs events, workshops and retreats. She is a gong master, reiki master and teacher in various healing modalities. She has over 20 years of experience and training. She is the founder of Aatma Holistic.

Pareena is a certified sound therapist through modalities of voice and gong, a yoga teacher, an intuitive life coach and the founder of One Ruh Wellness. She runs classes, events and workshops and brings sacred chanting into her practice to enhance the sound healing experience.

The church dates back to 1896 and has a beautiful apse and stained glass to create beautiful reflective colours as we play the gongs. The church also has incredible acoustics which is perfect for sound healing.
