Our Non-refundable Reservation Fee will hold a puppy until the Puppy Buyer and Breeder are able to:

1) Discuss and review each part of the Puppy Health Contract, and create any changes as necessary,

2) Agree upon a puppy pickup date, time, and responsible party,

3) Finalize by both Breeder & Buyer signing the Puppy Contract.

Under no circumstance does payment of the Reservation Fee guarantee that a Puppy Buyer will be sold a puppy.

*Please note: Breeder reserves the right to cancel the purchase of the puppy at any time, for any reason, with a FULL REFUND of payments received. Breeder is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by Puppy Buyer before the Puppy Contract is signed by both parties.*
