On Sunday November 5th, Chef Brian Tesolin from Victoriaβs The Courtney Room will welcome Chef Geoff Molloy from the Okanaganβs 19 Bistro at Fitzpatrick Family Vineyard, for a collaborative, multi-course gala dinner featuring delicious dishes from both celebrated and award-winning chefs.
Marking the celebration of the Magnolia Hotel & Spaβs 25th year, the dinner and silent auction will also raise much needed funds for the Central Okanagan Fire Relief campaign, supporting those whose lives have been impacted by this yearβs devastating wildfire season.
Guests can enjoy delicious Okanagan wines from Culmina Family Estate Winery, Fitzpatrick Family Vineyard, Stag's Hollow and Phantom Creek Estates, perfectly paired with a decadent feast of seasonal flavours; an evening that blends the finest from Vancouver Island and the Okanagan Valley, in the heart of Victoria.
Tickets are just $200 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Thanks to the generous support of our suppliers and wineries, we will be able to donate $100 for each ticket purchased to the Central Okanagan Fire Relief fund.
The silent auction will feature staycation and getaway packages for Victoria, Vancouver and the Okanagan. You will have the opportunity to purchase Okanagan EATS and Vancouver Island EATS cook books, and all proceeds from both the cookbooks and the silent auction will go to support the Central Okanagan Fire Relief Fund.
