Cacao Ceremony

Christina will lead you through the opening ceremony on a journey with Cacao to connect with the element of Earth. Cacao is a superfood packed with micronutrients to nourish the body, mind and soul. This heart opening plant medicine will set the tone for the day as we move through a mindful sipping practice. We'll then invite the support of the energies of the elements and earth in an invocation of the space and end with a heart connecting meditation.

Sacred Smudging & Slow Flow Yoga Practice

Join Erica in connecting to the Air element by clearing the space and our inner landscape to prepare our minds, bodies and soul for the seeds of intention we will plant on this day. In yoga practice we will be connecting breath and body—heart and soul. Beginning with a full body inventory and stretch, flowing into a gentle yoga practice of guided movements, ending by cooling down and relaxing in a restful savasana.

Awaken the ‘I AM’

Paula and Elise will utilize the Fire element to awaken the I AM presence within us and connect us with the oneness of all that is through the use of Kundalini Yoga practices such as pranayama (breathing), Kriyas (exercise sets), mudras (hand gestures), mantras (sacred sounds). This practice will focus on prosperity, compassion and healing the past, present, and future. Paula will also be imparting an activation and healing using the Ensofic Ray healing modality.

Cleanse & Heal  

Ryan and Linda will facilitate a deep cleansing on all levels with the assistance of the Water element.  Movement and breath will be utilized to clear any stagnancy and prepare all levels of our being for a forgiveness and healing meditation. A small ceremony with the water element will be followed by an optional ice bath to deepen the mind-body healing.

Aura Reading & Access Bars

Nancy Fairchild will be offering 20 min sessions of pre & post Aura readings coupled with a mini bars sessions throughout the day. During these 20 minutes a person will be able to experience a 5 minute pre-Access Bars Aura reading, a 10 minute mini Access Bar session and then another 5 minute post bar reading. The session will help an individual connect deeply to their auric field, clearly define what is being held within their energetics and as well, experience what the benefits of releasing those energetic debris are.

Ecstatic Dance Party

The day will end after a provided dinner, with an Ecstatic Dance Party, and music curated and crafted by our in-house DJ Craig Southard. Feel the lightness of the freedom cultivated throughout the day and let it culminate by moving yourself to a different rhythm - one that is uplifting and supportive to who you are!

The price of this event includes: a full day of workshops with our providers, two provided meals from local businesses (lunch and dinner), a take-home self-care package (which may include vision board journals, tea blended specifically for this event, a serving of ceremonial grade cacao, crystals and reiki-infused salt bath kits to name a few!) and participants will also have access to the 360 facility for the entire day!

*All workshops are optional, this day is structured so that participants may pick and choose what they would like to participate in, with relaxation spaces provides for when they opt-out.

This day is structured for your convenience but we encourage following your own flow and utilizing our designated relaxation spaces to take the space you need for yourself.
