Join Sand Lake Merchant and Sand Lake Center for the Arts in Averill Park for our Spring Holiday Merchant Market on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 10am-3pm. This is an OUTDOOR MARKET and vendors will be setup across 2 locations, either Sand Lake Merchant or Sand Lake Center for the Arts.

Vendor Registration: The cost is $40.00. Vendor registration fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by event hosts Sand Lake Merchant or Sand Lake Center for the Arts due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not have a rain date scheduled and will hold the event rain or shine.

Vendor Setup: Vendor setup will be open from 8:30am-9:30am. Vendors may pull their vehicles up to their location to unload, then will be required to move their vehicle to either Sand Lake Town Hall or Towne Tavern overflow parking lots.

Vendor Breakdown: Vendor breakdown will take place from 3:00pm-4:00pm. Vendors will be able to pull their vehicles up to their locations to pack up. Vendor Space: Each vendor will receive a 10x10 space. No electricity is available for use. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tent, table(s), chairs and display materials. Please note, vendors will be setup outdoors, on paved ground.

We will accept up to 60 vendors on a first come, first serve basis. We welcome any and all vendors to participate as long as their items are handmade. We do not allow distributors of national products or products that are not handmade by the maker.
