2.The next step would be to fill out the Initial Assessment & Triage Questionnaire, to access your goals, and specific information to your current fitness level. 3.This information will be used to curate your custom nutrition program.

4.You will receive your nutrition plan in your email, and next, you will have your first consultation with our certified nutrition specialist so he can explain your plan in detail.

5.Every two weeks you will have follow-up 30 minutes Zoom consultations, during the whole period you also have unlimited short brief check-ins.
