FanTuan 飯糰 is a rice ball made with sticky rice(we're using both purple and white) stuffed full with goodies- pork 'floss", salted radishes, pickled mustard greens, marinated soft boiled egg and crispy youtiao. This is one of my favorite breakfast items in Taiwan, we're having spritz & brunch in the evening for this event! 😉
