Gary Long Nationally renowned Facilitator/Business Coach will coach and teach your sales staff "That we are not interested in just selling the client one vehicle today but we want to sell them all the vehicles they will need in the future as well!
Our program teaches an effective, non-confrontational sales process and requires them to practice and roleplay each step along the way before moving to the next step. This process covers everything from the proper greeting, consultation, product presentation, demonstration drive, trial close and silent walkaround on the trade before coming inside for the writeup. Attendees then practice presenting managers numbers until they are comfortable with the process, allowing them to overcome the many potential objections that are possible along the way, including:
-Is that your best price?
-Is that all my trade is worth?
-Is that the best payment/interest rate you can get me?
The sales associates are taught how to overcome these objections and create a "Good" counter-offer to take to the desk, a counter offer that management can work with something that could lead to closing the sale! Ultimately we teach the salesperson to understand that management has to like the counter offer from the client if the deal is to go forward, so they have to work to produce good counter offers!
And with the return of a balanced market its never been more important than now to have sales people that are knowledgeable with negotiation skills!
