Fee for Service Agreement

In exchange for fees paid in the amount of $1495.00

COLLEGE FUNDING SOLUTIONS – SAN DIEGO agrees to provide to the buyer the following list of services and benefits:

1.           Provide a 40-page Funding Analysis Report.

2.           Provide a line-by-line answer sheet for the FAFSA and CSS/Profile (if required).

3. Review and check the Student Aid Report (SAR) for accuracy.

4.          Evaluate and offer an opinion regarding an institution’s offer of funding based on the student’s qualifications and the institution’s history of awarded funding.

5.           Suggest an appeal strategy for additional funding (if applicable).

6. Custom College Scholarship List of universities and colleges known to have a high probability of granting

Merit Based Scholarship Awards, based on student GPA, academic activities and accomplishments as determined by our profiling process

The buyer understands and acknowledges that (Company Name) does not guarantee a student’s college enrollment or funding eligibility. Information, facts, and opinions distributed by COLLEGE FUNDING SOLUTIONS – SAN DIEGO are all provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind.

Buyer Acknowledges: (1) Prior to signing this Agreement he/she has read and understands the contents of the agreement. (2) This is a ‘fee for service’ agreement and further understands that all sales are final and all fees will be deemed earned ten (10) days from the date of this agreement.

By completing the purchase, the buyer agrees to all terms stated above.
