Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or attending Polar Summer. Your purchase of a ticket or attendance at the event constitutes your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions.

Ticket Purchase and Admission:

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Admission to the festival is subject to capacity limitations and compliance with venue policies.

All attendees must present a valid ticket and valid photo identification upon entry.

Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid photo identification showing proof of age may be required for purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Code of Conduct:

All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other attendees, performers, staff, and the venue.

Any behavior deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive by festival organizers may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and directly outside the building. Attendees who wish to smoke must do so in designated smoking areas located away from the venue.

Security and Safety:

All attendees are subject to search upon entry to the venue.

Festival organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who poses a threat to the safety or security of others.

Emergency exits and evacuation procedures will be clearly marked throughout the venue. Attendees must familiarize themselves with these procedures and comply with instructions from staff in case of emergency.

Health and Medical Services:

Attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being during the festival. Medical assistance will not be available on-site for emergencies.

It is recommended that attendees stay hydrated and take necessary precautions to avoid injury or illness.

Photography and Recording:

Photography, videography, and audio recording of performances may be strictly prohibited or subject to restrictions as determined by festival organizers and performers.

Attendees must adhere to any posted guidelines regarding the use of cameras and recording devices.

Cancellation or Postponement:

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the festival due to circumstances beyond the control of organizers (e.g., severe weather, natural disaster), ticket holders may be entitled to a refund, or alternative arrangements as determined by festival organizers.

Liability Waiver:

Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the festival, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

Festival organizers, performers, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries incurred during the event.

Miscellaneous:
