List your home for a flat fee of only $499

What you can expect:

MLS listing

Your home listed on all Real Estate websites (Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, PompanoBeachRealty.com and thousands of other real estate websites)

You make the showing appointments directly with the buying agent. You have the option to buy a lockbox for your door (Lowes, HomeDepot sell those) if you don’t want to be there for the showing.

You negotiate directly with the buying agent.

You execute any contracts with the buying agent and close on the property with the title company/attorney.

You only pay commission to the buying brokerage. Your choice of 2.5% or 3% at closing
