Chef Kristine Qassom is teaming up with Alexandria Sarovich of Own Rooted Hospitality and Christian Hernandez of the newly opened Barbacana in downtown Houston for an exclusive, one-night-only dining experience. Guests will enjoy a 6-course tasting menu, expertly paired wines from Sonoma County, CA with each course or an option for non-alcoholic wine and cocktail pairing. This collaboration is the result of years of friendship and experience—Kristine first met Alexandria in culinary school and Christian while working at Oxheart.
