Sprouting from a small idea for an event to promote our soccer jerseys, a festival with the hope of

revitalizing the Chelsea community was born and meant to engage the youth in an event that makes them

as proud to be from Chelsea as we are. The experience in mind was Kliqfest: a soccer tournament and

block party equipped with a myriad of vendors, food trucks, DJs and media coverage from Latin radio

stations, barbers to give children back-to-school haircuts, as well as security detail to ensure the safety of

the community. This event would be our attempt to recreate the feeling of Chelsea we are proud to have

grown up in and inspire kids from Chelsea to not only be active in the community but interact with people

that they may not have normally met across a range of fields. We anticipate having 150-200 people in

attendance between participants and spectators on August 31st, 2024 from 2-6PM at Highland Park in

Chelsea, Ma.
