Led by Head Coach and Fell CrossFit owner, Chelsea Eddy-Waland, you'll learn how to get your first bar muscle up or how to coach your athletes to get theirs.
This workshop breaks the muscle up down into easy, understandable progressions that define a clear path to getting bar muscle ups.
To get the most out of this session you need to be able to perform 5 strict pull-ups as an indication of foundational strength prior to the workshop. However, you do not need to have muscle-ups (yet!) to attend.

NB: There is an intermediate session following this one at 1pm, which is to progress beyond single repetitions. Weβll be looking at how to build volume, link reps and fix faults that may have developed in your muscle-ups. This first session will cover the foundations and establish a solid movement pattern that you can build on in the second session if youβre already able to do 1-2 muscle ups.
