VCS Business Partners (tenants, vendors, and contractors) can form teams to compete for the title of best BBQ, with the opportunity to smoke their meat on-site starting at midnight. Judges and attendees will award prizes to the top teams in each meat category (beef, poultry, and pork), as well as for the People’s Choice, and the Golden Buffalo Award for best overall BBQ.

Based on feedback from attendees we have added a BBQ Side option for participants. For those who are unable to take on all that goes with being a BBQ meat participant sign up to provide and serve a BBQ side. (ex. Baked beans, Mac N Cheese, Potato Salad, Corn, etc.). Booths to serve BBQ or a BBQ Side and to participate in the event are $150 or your company can choose from one of the sponsorship levels.
