IMPORTANT: When you purchase your tickets you will receive a confirmation email. This email IS your ticket. You will not receive physical tickets, simply show the email receipt at the gate when you arrive, and make sure your party has the corresponding number of people.

We are offering tickets using a Timed Admission system for Spring Break (March 8-16th). All visitors 12 months and older are required to have a ticket, and tickets will not be sold at the door; please ensure you purchase your tickets online prior to your arrival at the zoo.

How do Timed Admission tickets work?

When going to the website to purchase tickets, you will need to select a date and a one-hour time block (Example: Wednesday, March 12th 10am-11am). You will need to arrive at some point within that one hour period.

If my tickets are from 10am-11am, does that mean we have to leave the zoo at 11am?

No, not at all! You are welcome to stay for as long as you wish. Most families stay an average of one hour, but some leave sooner and others stay longer. The goal of timed admissions is to spread out arrivals, not to cut anyone’s visit short.

How many tickets will be available online? Will I be able to purchase tickets in-person?

We will be making a total of 50 tickets available for each hour, and when those have sold, they are gone. We will not be selling tickets at the gate during Spring Break, all tickets must be pre-purchased.

I purchased tickets for a certain date and time, but now we cannot make it. Are we able to use the tickets another day?

If you are unable to use your tickets during their designated date and time, please email us to help you reschedule. Ticket sales are non-refundable, we can apply them to another day, either during or after Spring Break.

I purchased tickets for four people, and then found out that another family member would be joining us. When I tried to buy an additional ticket, it said that the time block was sold out. Can we still bring five people?

Yes, this is the exception to our policy of online tickets only. If you have more people in your group than expected, you are able to purchase tickets for them when you arrive, as long as you already have valid tickets for that time and date.
