Join Bliss for a morning of Yin yoga, a practice that allows us to slow down and focus on our breath to body connection. Most poses will be mat based and held for a few minutes. Through our practice there will be a sound bath with crystal quartz singing bowls. Class will end with AcuWellness, where you will have the option to receive ear acupuncture to shift your body out of the sympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation and an overall sense of wellbeing.
