REGISTRATION DEADLINE: TUESDAY NOVEMBER 12th, 2024

Drop your Oakhurst students off at school for movie night on Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, from 5pm - 8pm, while you get a chance to have a fun night out!

All children attending must be current Oakhurst students

Kids will enjoy pizza, movie & activities with CSD teachers/staff!

$40 per child or $55 per family with more than one child

Drop your Oakhurst students off at school to spend time with classmates & watch a movie while you enjoy a night out! Our parents' night out fundraiser is on Friday, November 15th from 5-8pm. All children must be current Oakhurst students - the cost is $40 per child or $55 per family with more than one child attending. In addition to watching a movie and activities, kids will enjoy pizza and popcorn!

Pre-pay to register and reserve your spot now! Space is limited. All attendees must be currently enrolled Oakhurst students. All proceeds to support the PTA. Interested in attending but unable to pay? Scholarships available - please let us know via email to oakhurstelementaryschoolpta@gmail.com or at the front office.

Kids attending Animal Crackers will be able to be dismissed directly to the movie night (with permission).

FAQs:

May siblings attend? All attendees MUST be current Oakhurst Elementary students.

Can my child be dismissed directly from Animal Crackers? Yes! We are going to have this option this time with permission!

Will food be provided? Kids will enjoy pizza, popcorn and juice!

Who will watch the children? Everyone will be a CSD staff member.

What exactly will the kids do? Kids will be able to play games and will also have a movie for those that are interested in watching!

Can I bring my own food? If your child has dietary needs, you are welcome to provide your own food.

What should my child bring with them? Water bottle if desired (beverages will also be available)

How many adults will be watching the kids? There is a limit on attendees - but the ratio will not go above 1:20.

What does the money go towards? All the donations go to support the Oakhurst PTA!

I am interested but am unable to pay - may I still participate? Scholarships available - please see the front office or email us at the address below.

What if I registered but my child can no longer attend? You are welcome to get another Oakhurst student to attend in their place (please let us know their name if so) or just donate the money to the PTA.
