Our members love Shenandoah and support our work to keep it the beautiful, amazing neighborhood it is.

Membership Basics:

• Cost of Annual Membership: starting at $30 per household.
• Membership Period: The MSNA membership period is Jan 1st to Dec 31st of each calendar year. 
• Eligibility: Membership is available to all residents and property owners within the Shenandoah neighborhood boundaries which are: SW 12th Avenue to 27th Avenue, and; SW 8th Street to Coral Way (SW 22nd Street).
• Voting: Only active, residential members are permitted to vote during any MSNA meeting (dues must be paid each year to remain active).
• Supporting Membership: We keep our dues low to make membership accessible to as many neighbors as possible. But if you would like to help support MSNA's mission by giving a little more support, the Supporting Membership is available to residents at $50 per year.

Non-Residents & Business Owners:

If you don't live within the MSNA boundaries but want to show your support for our work, the Non-Resident or Business Supporters membership is for you! These members are able to attends all MSNA meetings and events (including members-only events) but are not eligible to vote or serve on the MSNA Board.

Note: This membership is a one-time payment and will need to be manually renewed each year. Automatically renewing payments are available on our homepage.
