Over the term participants will have the opportunity to learn the art of juggling, hula hooping, tumbling, acro balance (adagio) and manipulation (trick sticks, spinning plates, staff, poi etc.) We focus on strength and flexibility assisting students to reach their tumbling goals like handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls etc.
