ARGIE CANNON was a great supporter of the PCAC DELTA ACADEMY/ GEM PROGRAMS and always made sure they had what they needed to be successful. In honor of her memory, we have have established a memorial fund to make sure her legacy of support continues! Each year, a service award will be presented to the Delta Academy/GEM participant who exhibits the ideas of the program.
