Terms and Conditions for Hypnotherapy Services at My Bondi Hypnotherapist
1. Booking and 50% Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your hypnotherapy session. This deposit secures your appointment time.
By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
2. Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid prior to the appointment or on the day of the session.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will not incur further charges, but the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the full session fee being charged.
In case of no-shows, the full session fee will apply, and the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time to ensure fairness to other clients, and the full fee will be charged.
5. Refunds:
The 50% deposit is non-refundable except in cases of provider cancellation or significant failure to provide the service as described under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
6. Confidentiality:
All personal information shared during sessions is protected under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW). Your information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
7. Disclaimer:
Hypnotherapy is a complementary service and is not a substitute for medical treatment. No specific results are guaranteed, and individual outcomes may vary.
By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions, which comply with the legal requirements of Australian Consumer Law and NSW Privacy Laws.
