Resonance Healings involve prayers, mantras, shamanic drumming and/or the harmonium. Sessions can also include; Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to soothe, rejuvenate and cleanse energy. Resonance (sound) healing encourages rejuvenation, relaxation and restoring the energetic and subtle systems of the body.

Support with creating your own mantra is also offered.
