Deep restoration is the primordial medicine of winter. Without sipping from winter’s restorative cup, creation for the rest of the year is more efforted and less fruitful. On this day of retreat, you will receive the perfect dose of restoration and the tools you need to nourish this winter before spring emerges.   

You will be guided through practices inspired by Celtic wisdom, nature and somatic therapy, mindfulness, energy medicine, and a cozy hug of Hygge - the art of cozy. Together we will slow down, settle into the stillness within, and let the wisdom of winter be revealed in the sacred space we create.
