Each month we will have a live zoom call and an open discussion designed to hold space for one other, share our success stories and provide support. Each session will have a short lessen at the beginning, followed by a question and answer period or time to discuss how the topic has been appearing in our lives. Feel free to share other natural health modalities that relate to the topic as well.
