The Research/Planning Deposit is a refundable fee assessed to new clients. It must be paid before Travel Well Concierge LLC plans your customized vacation package.

Included with this fee, you will receive three to five amazing quotes that check off all your wish-list items and align your requests and preferences. You can expect to receive your quotes within 24-48 hours after your payment is received. Travel Well Concierge LLC offers (3) complimentary modifications to any quote to meet your unique needs.

For groups of 10+ people, the research/planning deposit is $10 pp.

The research/planning fee will be credited to you as the final payment towards your trip if you decide to book with Travel Well Concierge LLC. (Note: If you book the trip on your own, with a different agency, or after the deposit deadline, the research/planning fee in nonrefundable.)
