This vapor-infused spirit starts by infusing wormwood, star anise, and fennel in neutral grain spirits. Then we distill each infusion individually and blend them to create the perfect balance of spice. This is followed by an infusion of hyssop and lemon balm to give the spirit it’s beautiful, chartreuse hue. The result is a high-proof, anise-forward spirit that makes a great addition to classic cocktails like the Sazerac and Corpse Reviver, or served in a traditional Absinthe drip over a caramelized sugar cube.
