CMBA-Service Fees Annual - Winter

Choose this option if prepaying the remaining annual Service Fees in ONE installment. In addition to the Annual Membership Fee, the annual Service Fees are payable in advance OR can be paid by installments over up to 12 months. Flexible terms are available. Your commitment is for only one winter season at a time. When using this link, pay by adding the balance owing as shown on our pricing page or as otherwise instructed by the admin. (To pay monthly, choose the Service Fees Monthly option. To spread your fees over another time period, we will provide you with a specific email invoice to pay online. For Pay-As-You-Go accounts, choose the CMBA-PAG (Pay-As-You-Go) Membership + Deposit - Winter.) This plan renews automatically next year if the Pay Annually option is selected, which we do recommend to simplify our billing for next season. If you do select the annual recurring option, you may cancel on 30 day's notice prior to renewal.
