This 30-minute massage is for focusing on one issue or a quick pick me up.

I do more of a therapeutic massage. Even though, my massages can be relaxing I focus more on relieving muscle tension and correcting pain patterns. In my sessions, I incorporate Cupping, Hot Stones, Meridian Tapping, Reflexology.
