This year, we are expanding our impact through quarterly health education workshops, Ask Practitioner sessions, Community Mental Wellness Panels, the Inkclusive Pages Book Fair, I ♥ Greens 5K Fitness Extravaganza & Ready 5K Programs, all aimed at understanding and tackling chronic health issues like heart disease, diabetes, and obesity by providing practical tools for better living—from interpreting blood panels to making nutritious food choices.
