Enrollment details will be emailed within 48 hours of purchase. By enrolling in the Women of OZ Perks Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Duration and Renewal:  

 The Program is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Upon expiration, your membership will automatically renew for successive 1-year terms unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email prior to renewal.

2. Sharing of Contact Information:  

By joining the Program, you consent to us sharing your email address with selected participating partners for the purpose of delivering Program-related benefits, offers, and communications. We will not share your personal information for any other purposes without your consent.

3. Membership Administration

WOZ Perks Program will be administered through the Membership Anywhere app. Member must download the app and present it to a partner to receive benefits. Benefits can be found under the "Coupons" tab, while Details and Exclusions are available under the "Member Benefits" section.

4. Member Benefits:  

Membership benefits are subject to the availability and participation of our partners. The benefits, offers, and discounts are not guaranteed and may be subject to change, limitation, or withdrawal at the discretion of participating partners. Women of OZ responsible for any changes or discontinuations in benefits made by our partners. 

5. Cancellation and Refunds:  

 You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel before the end of the current term, you will continue to have access to the benefits until the end of the paid membership period. Membership fees are non-refundable.

6. Modification of Terms:  

Women of OZ reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time, including changes to membership terms, benefits, or pricing. You will be notified of any significant changes, and you may choose to cancel your membership before any new terms take effect.

7. Liability Disclaimer:  

Women of OZ is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Program or any benefits provided by participating partners. Any issues related to partner services or benefits should be addressed directly with the partner.

8. Eligibility: 

The Program is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally able to form binding contracts.
