Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our Premium White Balsamic undergoes the cooking & barrel aging process of balsamic vinegar of Modena, but is not caramelized. The result is crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness. Pairs well with any of our olive oils.
Our balsamic condimento is aged up to 12 years in the traditional Solera Method and PGI certified to come from Modena, Italy.
